This session of the ILC included several women participants from Central and Eastern Europe. Eugenia Waśniewska (workers' adviser from Poland) and Milena Atanatskovitch (government adviser from Yugoslavia) were members of the Underground Work Conference Committee. S. Skopová (workers' adviser from Czechoslovakia) was a substitute member of the same committee.
