Several women from Central and Eastern Europe participated in the tenth session of the ILC: Augusta Rosenberg (Hungary, government adviser), Leontyna Frankowska (Poland, government adviser, substitute member of Sickness Insurance Conference Committee), and Eugenia Waśniewska (Poland, government adviser). During this conference, the first discussion of minimum wage took place.
